International Projects are humanitarian in nature and many are focused on health and education needs. They are most often done in partnership with a Rotary Club8 that has expressed the need. Tomah Rotary financially aided the development of a new well for the people of India because of the need for clean water in 2004.
Currently, Tomah Rotary International Project has been Clean Water, Self-Sustaining Community/School Chicken Farm, Micro-loans for sewing machines and carpentry tools, Reforestation in Busolo Uganda.
**In August of 2012, we received a Rotary District matching grant of $5000 to begin the chicken farm in Busolo, Uganda.
