Club Newsletter and Attendance
Minutes of each meeting are distributed via email to all Rotarians. With the design of a web-site, past minutes are kept in archive and the current minutes will be posted. Meeting attendance is tracked.
Web-Site
Coordinated with the community service committee the development of the Tomah Rotary website is realized in 2009. The web-site is designed to keep membership informed, a tool for community exposure and a new-member welcoming resource.
Public Relations
Projects and goals of the Tomah Rotary club are presented to the community via newspaper articles. As Tomah Rotary serves and donates financially, there are photo opportunities for publication, creating community awareness of Tomah Rotary.
Special Events
An annual Christmas Party is held for Rotarians, families and guests. The party has been a plated banquet with entertainment.
An annual Brewers Baseball game is coordinated which includes bus trip, drinks, tailgating and game. This family and friends event is consistently "sold-out"!
Other past events have included picnics, cook-outs and waterslides.
Events are chosen by the committee.

The committee recruits prospective members, educates club members on requirements for and obligations as well as privileges of Rotary membership. Considers applications for membership, brings names to the Board for approval.
Program Committee
Arranges for speakers for scheduled club meetings and ascertain members interests.
Nominations and Recommendations
Nominations for Board of Directors and officers. Recommendation to Board the names of the recipients for Paul HarrisAward; Recommendations for Rotarian of the Year; Constitution & By-Laws distribution and proposed changes.
